Zhu Jinxiang was born in 1933 and she is 87 years old now. Between the summer and autumn of 1951, she went northward with the troops to participate in the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea.
Zhu Jinxiang met her fiancé Lu Mingkun in the air force, and Lu made an agreement to bring Zhu back to see his mother after the war.
In the winter of 1951, Lu Mingkun died on the battlefield.
Every time she speaks of this war and thinks of the lover who died on the battlefield, she can’t deny her feelings.
